Penna have taken reasonable steps to ensure that content on the Penna TV website is accessible to a wide range of users. Where possible Level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 have been adhered to. However, due to the visual nature of the site, users will be required to have a minimum technical set up, i.e. JavaScript enabled and Adobe Flash player 8.0 installed.  You can download the latest Flash player here.

Full transcripts have not been provided for every video, however should you have difficulty accessing content or require a transcript for a video please contact rebecca.vonderscher@penna.com or call Rebecca Vonderscher on +44 (0)20 7332 7851.

Future measures to aid accessibility will include:

  • correctly configuring the Flash player controls so that keyboard only users can access them effectively; and
  • labelled Flash player buttons to help screen reader users easily identify video controls.
